St. George's Choristers (grades 3-12)

The Saint George’s Choristers choir is for children in 3rd-12th grade who enjoy singing with others, being part of a fun and exciting group of kids, and can make a reasonable commitment. The choir‘s primary focus is on developing life-long leadership, musical and worship skills that are an essential part of the whole formation of a child.

Rehearsals use the Voice for Life curriculum and time is divided into singing, music theory, and worship leadership modules. Singers have the opportunity to earn awards for their progress. The Choristers rehearse on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30. Pizza is available prior to rehearsal (6-6:25pm) or after rehearsal. The Choristers sing on Sundays monthly and on Christmas Eve and Easter. A yearly schedule is provided at the beginning of the year. A few extra rehearsals and field trips may be scheduled. The choir is directed by Dr. Ben Keseley and Mr. Joel Wood.
